This is in relation to the forensic investigation initiated by the Company in furtherance to the anonymous whistle blower complaint received by the Company relating to Wahat Al Aman Home Healthcare LLC ("Wahat"), an overseas subsidiary of the Company, which was intimated to Stock Exchanges on November 14, 2023, under Sub-clause 17(a) of the subject mentioned regulation. The Company, on the instance of the Audit Committee, had engaged M/s. BDO UAE ("BDO") for undertaking the investigation in this regard. The Investigation Report by BDO along with company''s management comments were placed at the Board Meeting held on February 08, 2024. The same is attached herewith. Kindly take the above said information on record.
