This is to inform you that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the respective circulars of the stock exchanges issued on 2nd April, 2019 with respect to the "Clarification regarding trading restriction period" and company''s ''Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities (as amended), the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives and persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information from Saturday October 01, 2022 up to completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the half year ended on September 30, 2022.
