We are pleased to share that the Company is releasing its first ESG Report for the Financial Year 2020-21, a copy of which is enclosed herewith.<BR> <BR> Further, the Company has signed up for Climate Group''s RE100, EP100 and EV100 initiatives, whereby the Company has committed to:<BR> - move to 100% renewable electricity by 2031<BR> - double revenue per unit of electricity consumed by 2029<BR> - transition 100% of its vehicle fleet to Electric Vehicles by 2025<BR> <BR> The said report is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.chalethotels.com.<BR> <BR> We request you to take the same on record.
