| Pursuant to Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 please find enclosed herewith the disclosure pertaining to Related Party Transactions on a consolidated basis, in the format specified by SEBI vide notification SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2021/662 dated November 22, 2021 for the half year ended September 30, 2022. We would like to inform you that the aforesaid disclosure was filed in XBRL mode on November 02, 2022, however, revised XBRL mode is filed today (i.e. November 03, 2022) as due to oversight details to be fed in column 'Details of the party (listed entity/Subsidiary) entering in to transaction' and 'Details of the counterparty' has got swapped also details in column 'Relationship of the counterparty with the listed entity or its subsidiary' it was mentioned as Associated Company instead of Group Company. Kindly acknowledge the receipt and take the same on record. | |
