With reference to the captioned subject and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the company is in receipt of letter dated November 25, 2022 as received by the Company on November 28, 2022 that the company has been shortlisted for providing consultancy services for the 'Design and Supervision Consultancy Services for Rural Roads Upgrading in Katsina State, Nigeria' in the form of Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited in JV with PSE Consultants Limited stating that the Company is shortlisted for Request for Proposals ('RFP'), from the office of Katsina State Government of Nigeria, State Project Implementation Unit, Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project, Ministry of Environment ('the Authority').
