Re-appointment of Mr. K. D. Gupta as Independent Non-executive Director retiring by rotation was approved.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointment of Dr. Atul Kapoor as Independent Non-executive Director retiring by rotation was approved.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Mr. Alok Nagory as Independent Non-executive Director was approved.
