With reference to above we would like to inform you that as per clause ( a) of Sub-Regulation (2) of Regulation 15 of SEBI Regulations, 2015, requirement of submission of half yearly report on related party transactions under Regulation 23(9) of the said Regulation is not applicable to the Company as paid up equity share capital of the Company as on 30th June, 2024 is below rupees ten crores and net worth of the Company as on 30th June,2024 is also below Rs. twenty-five crores. this is for your information and records.
