Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and 'Code of Conduct' to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' of Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the end of Board Meeting wherein interalia: the approval of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023 would be considered and approved. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
