GIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/06/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th June, 2021 through Video Conferencing due to COVID-19 pandemic, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2021 along with 4th quarter results, to consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year 2020-21 and other business related matters, if any.
