| In compliance with Regulations 17, 30 & other applicable regulations, read with Schedule III and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with Stock Exchanges, Corporate announcement/intimation is hereby given that, pursuant to Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd (HOCL, Promoter Co. of HFL) Board's Authority under Article No. 77(a) of the Articles of Association of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd. (HFL) and other applicable provisions/regulations there under the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of HOCL have appointed HOCL Chief General Manager, Mr. P Sachidanandan, as HOCL Nominee Director on the Board of its Subsidiary Company, viz. M/s. Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd.[HFL] in place of HOCL Nominee Director, Mr. P O Luise, CFO, HOCL on her superannuation (on 30-11-2022) and with effect from 01-12-2022 and till the date of his superannuation or till further orders whichever is earlier. | |
