Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company for the prevention of insider trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
