Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from Thursday, April 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 is approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges. <BR> <BR> The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 will be informed in due course. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, all Designated persons/Directors and their relatives and connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge. <BR>
