Further to our letter dated January 17, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(e) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Company will, inter-alia, consider the declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-2021.<BR> <BR> As per the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from December 29, 2020 (Tuesday) till January 30, 2021 (Saturday) (both days inclusive).
