This is with reference to our letter dated 14 June, 2017 regarding disclosure with respect transfer of 81% equity shares of Jindal Tubular U.S.A. LLC (JTUL) by S.V. Trading Limited, a subsidiary of the Company to Four Seasons Investments Limited, a promoter group entity. In this connection we wish to submit the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are attached herewith as Annexure 1.
