We would like to inform you that the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated persons shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2022.
