Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, inter alia considered and unanimously approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 along with the 'Limited Review Report' of the Statutory Auditors thereon, and the same are enclosed herewith in terms of the Regulation 33 and 52 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 02:00 p.m. on August 10, 2022 and concluded at 03:00 p.m.
