CIR/CFD/CMD/16/2015, it is hereby informed that the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Limited, The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited, Palash Securities Limited, Allahabad Canning Limited, Ganges Securities Limited, Cinnatolliah Tea Limited, Vaishali Sugar & Energy Limited, Magadh Sugar & Energy Limited and Avadh Sugar & Energy Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors(the Scheme') has been approved by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad bench vide order dated 2nd March, 2017.
