With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2023, will be intimated in due course.
