Dr. Moses Road, Shakti Mill Lane,Mahalaxmi, Mumbai - 400011, to consider and adopt the following: 1. Approval of the Draft Directors'' Report and its a nnexures; 2. To fix the time, date, book closure and venue to convene of the 46th Annual General Meeting ofthe Company; 3. To approve the draft Notice ofthe 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 4. To appoint scrutinizer for E-voting at the 46th Annual General Meeting; 5. To Appoint Secretarial Auditor of the company. 6. To Appoint Internal Auditor of the company. 7.
