Serene Industries Ltd has informed BSE that :<br/><br/>"The operations of the Company's are at standstill from the year 1998-99. The Company's trading activities on BSE stands suspended since year 2004.<br/><br/>As there is limited staff in the company office to affect company related matters. Therefore we are unable to comply with your requirements immediately.<br/><br/>The company is pursuing its case before the BIFR (Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction) under sick Industrial Act 1985 and the revival package is being worked out."
