This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today stands adjourned for want of quorum due to non-availability of majority of requisite Board members within the scheduled time. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 174(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company, the Adjourned Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held tomorrow i.e., April 08, 2017 to inter alia consider issue and allot shares by Star Cement Limited (Transferee Company') to the Shareholders of Star Ferro and Cement Limited (Transferor Company) pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Star Ferro and Cement Limited with Star Cement Limited.
