With reference to our letter dated May 16, 2024 in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI( LODR) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Company has received an Order from the Sales Tax Officer Class II /AVATO for dropping the proceeding under Section 73/74 with respect to the Show Cause Notice dated May 16, 2024 issued to the Company for the financial year 2019-20. Please find the details of the Order in attached Annexure A.
