Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part-A of SEBI(LODR) Regulation, 2015 please find enclosed notice of Postal Ballot dated 05.11.2025 for seeking approval on the resolution mentioned in the notice.
The Cut-off date for sending Notice of Postal ballot was fixed as 31.10.2025. The e-voting shall commence on Friday, 07.11.2025 from 09.00 am and end on Saturday, 06.12.2025 at 05.00 pm.
