| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (6) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that, the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company have re-appointed M/s. Jain Rajeev & Associates, Chartered Accountants, FRN: 027521N, as Internal Auditor of the Company for a period of five years from the Financial Year 2023-2024 to the Financial Year 2027-2028 at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, May 23, 2024. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given in "Annexure A" attached to this letter.
