In compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms Sabina Ewing (DIN: 09201770) as an Additional and Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company effective June 15, 2021 to hold office upto the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. <BR> <BR> The additional details required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular Nos.
