Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the rating for Long Term credit facilities from the Bankers of the Company have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE BBB - (Triple B Minus; Outlook : Stable) and for Short Term Credit Facilities have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE A3 (A Three) by rating agencies, viz. CARE Ratings Limited.
