In terms of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 05, 2022, approved and recommended to shareholders, the appointment of M/s J.A. Sheth and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Firm Registration Number - 119980W as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five (5) consecutive years from the conclusion of the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company till the conclusion of the 33rd AGM of the Company. The appointment of M/s J.A. Sheth and Associates is subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing AGM. M/s H.B. Kalaria and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Firm Registration No. 104571W, the present Statutory Auditors of the Company will complete their term at the conclusion of the ensuing 28th AGM of the Company.
