Acropetal Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015, both on stand alone and on consolidated basis.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees from February 04, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
