Ad-Manum Finance Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 14, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016 to consider and approve, among others, Audited financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>All the designated directors and Employees were advised not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period.
