Members are hereby informed that Ms. Sonal Nakum, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has been resigned from the employment of the Company w.e.f. 14th April 2022. The Board has accepted her resignation in the meeting of Board of Directors held today i.e. on 14th April 2022. Further, the Company is in search of suitable candidate to fill-up the vacancy caused due to the resignation of Compliance Officer.
