This is further to our previous intimation dated March 24, 2020 regarding temporary shutdown of our food processing plants at Nasik and Nadiad in wake of COVID-19 outbreak. <BR> <BR> Please note that the Company has obtained permissions from the Government and Local Authorities to restart manufacturing operations of both these plants in wake of the Government''s new measures to ensure uninterrupted supply of food products. Accordingly, our both factories have become partially operational from today. We are taking necessary health and safety precautions and complying with the Government guidelines in this regard. <BR> <BR> The overall impact on the Company's operations is difficult to assess at present.
