In terms of requirement of PART A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that subsequent to the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 12th November 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th November, 2022 has appointed Ms. Sweety Choudhary as Company Secretary. The Board also appointed Ms. Sweety Choudhary, Company Secretary, as Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
