In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Monitoring Committee of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, March 13, 2020 has appointed following person as a Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Further, the existing suspended Board of Directors also ceases to act.<BR> Details in terms of Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 with respect to above appointments and cessations are given in attached file.
