In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that pursuant to NCLAT order dated March 03, 2020, the Monitoring Committee of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, March 13, 2020 has considered and approved termination and dissolution of Monitoring Committee with immediate effect i.e. March 13, 2020 and the new Board has taken over w.e.f March 13, 2020.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record and display on your website.
