With reference to the earlier letter dated September 08, 2014, Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that <BR>on September 21, 2015, the Company has completed the acquisition of the Chlor-Alkali Division of Jayshree Chemicals Limited comprising of Caustic Soda manufacturing unit at Ganjam (Odisha) and Salt manufacturing facility at Pundi (Andhra Pradesh) and henceforth the said division is part and unit of the Company and unit at Ganjam has been named as Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd. - Ganjam Chemical Division.<BR>
