Dear Sir/ Madam,<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units under Scheme 2017, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on October 28, 2020 approved the allotment of 2,43,729 (Two Lakh Forty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Nine) Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of ? 10/- each ('said shares'). The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
