This is further to our letter dated October 27, 2020, whereby we had intimated that the Company had fixed November 6, 2020 as the 'Record Date" for the purposes of payment of Redemption Amount with respect to CP, due for redemption on November 9, 2020.<BR> In that regard, we hereby confirm that the Redemption Amount with respect to the CP has been duly paid today i.e. on November 9, 2020.
