This to further to our letter dated 05th May, 2021 and in Compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that all showrooms of the Company located at different locations of Bihar and offices shall remain closed till 25th May, 2021 to prevent & contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In view of the recent directives issued by the State Government on 13th May, 2021 relating to further extension of complete lockdown till 25th May, 2021. E-Commerce activities will be allowed during the lockdown.
