| The following is the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors held today: 1. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements along with the Auditors Report for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023 and affirms their satisfaction over the results of the Company; 2. Appointment of M/s SSN & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company; Further, a copy of the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023 along with the Audit Report issued by M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates, the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid financial Statement and the same is enclosed as Annexure I. Kindly note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 12.30 p.m. | |
