Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Schedule III of said Regulations, this is to inform you that Ms. Bhavasthi Mehta has resigned from the post of Company secretary & compliance officer of the Company from closure of office hours of 31st July, 2023 to pursue better growth opportunities for personal and professional advancement. The letter of resignation along with the details as required under regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
