To approve the Scheme of Reduction of Share Capital as per the comments/Observation letters received from SEBI/ BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.<BR> <BR> 2. To consider and convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company to approve the Scheme of Reduction of Share Capital and fix the date, time and venue for the Meeting.<BR> <BR> 3.
