| With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 24th May, 2023 has inter-alia considered and approved the following 1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. Auditors Report issued for the period ended March 31, 2023, is with unmodified opinion by our Statutory Auditors M/s. Rao & Shyam Chartered Accountants. 3. Declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 confirming the unmodified opinion of the statutory auditors on the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ended 31st March 2023.
