To Approve the Appointment of Ms. Kanthi Reddy S as an Additional Director of the company and to be regularized in the ensuing Annual General Meeting 3. To Approve Re-Appointment of M/s. Ravi Chandra & Co., as internal Auditors of the company for the financial year 2024-2025. 4. To Approve Re-appointment of Ms. P Sarada as Secretarial Auditor of the company for the Financial Year 2024 -2025 5. To discuss any other matter as may be decided by the Board.
