ADVANCE MULTITECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With regard to above this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th February, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the company to inter-alia consider:
1. The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended as on 31st December, 2024.
2. Any other business with the consent of the Chair.
Further, as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as intimated vide our letter dated December 31, 2024 the trading window of the Company had been closed from January 1, 2025 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2024.
