We wish to inform you that as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No. List/Comp/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and in terms of the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the company for all Director''s, KMP''s, designated employees and their immediate relatives is closed from immediate effect, (i.e. 01 April, 2025) till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.
