With regard to above this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors was held today, Tuesday, 10th November, 2020, which Commenced on 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 7:00 p.m. and the Board considered the following agenda:<BR> <BR> 1. The Appointment of M/s. Suresh R Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants (having Firm Resignation No. 110691W) as the statutory Auditors of the company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the Resignation of M/s. Devpura Navlakha & Co. subject to the approval by the members of the company at Annual General Meeting.<BR> <BR> Further the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in enclosed Annexure 1.<BR>
