We wish to inform you that in terms of the provisions of sub-regulation(1) of regulation 9 SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No. List/Comp/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and in terms of the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the company for all Director''s, KMP''s, designated employees and their immediate relatives is closed from immediate effect, (i.e. 01st October, 2023) till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of un-Audited financial results for the quater ended on 30th September, 2023. The date of Board meeting of the Company for approving the un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2023 will be intimated in the due course.
