ADVANCE PETROCHEMICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With regard to above this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 10th November, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the company to inter-alia consider:<BR> <BR> 1. The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended as on 30th September, 2020.<BR> 2. Any other business with the consent of the Chair.<BR> <BR> Further, as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as intimated vide our letter dated September 30, 2020 the trading window of the Company had been closed from October 1, 2020 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR>
