Dear Sir,<BR> Pursuant to Regulation 42 and 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that:<BR> The Register of Members and Share transfer books of the company will remain close from Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 to Wednesday 29th September, 2021 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on 30th September, 2021.<BR> The company will provide its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for all resolutions as set forth in the notice. The company has fixed Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 as the record date (Cut-off date) to determine the entitlement of voting rights of the member for e-voting. The E-voting period will commence on the 27th September, 2021 at 9.00 am and will end on 29th September, 2021 at 5.00 pm (Both days inclusive).<BR> Kindly take the same on your record.<BR>
