We enclose copies of the newspaper clippings of the advertisement published in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on 2nd September, 2021 in respect of intimation regarding 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, 24th September, 2021 at 03.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') <BR> <BR> The Notice has been sent to all the Members on 31-08-2021, whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Record of Depositories as on 27-08-2021. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 18th day of September 2021 to Friday, 24th day of September 2021 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and may follow the same instructions as mentioned for remote e-voting in the Notice. <BR> <BR> .<BR> <BR>
